Who’s been the most influential person in your life?
My high school basketball coach, Mick Angel. He was such a great mentor on/off the courts and I always wanted to do my best to make him a successful coach.
Who’s your favorite super hero?
Old School = Superman; New School = Captain Marvel
If there was a movie about your life, what famous actor/actress would play you?
Helen Hunt, but she’d have to hit the gym and eat a lot of cheeseburgers to even get close to my size
Which coach had the biggest impact on your athletic journey?
My college throwing coach, Deb (Lombardi) Farwell. She had superior knowledge of the throws and helped me surpass all of my goals that I set, up to my senior year, by the middle of my 1st year competing in college.
Tell us something interesting about your life that the Flyers might not know?
I got recruited to play basketball, volleyball and softball for a few Division 3 colleges, but chose track in Division 1 because I was heavily recruited by them.
If you could take a time machine back to any place, event, miracle etc. in the Bible where would you go?
I would want to go back to Jesus Christ’s Crucifixion to see the big impact of his death that led to the greatest day, the Resurrection of Jesus.
