Flippen Flyers 2020 Athlete Registration
As we continue to navigate through this unprecedented time, we are still hopeful and actively planning for a 2020 season. In order to get this club up and running we need to proceed as normal, but we've made a few changes. We will NOT be holding a sign up night. All registration and ordering of uniforms will be done online and via email. Unfortunately, you will have to take your best guess on your child's uniform size as you will not be able to try on prior to ordering or exchange any sizes once the order is received. Please register each athlete and sign Code of Conduct and Medical Liability forms and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
2020 Participant Fees:
If the season were to get cancelled, you will receive a full refund EXCEPT for the uniform and AAU ($14) and USATF ($25) memberships. Please understand that once these items are purchased, they are non-refundable unless AAU or USATF would decide to provide a refund for the memberships. All uniform items purchased (including warm ups) are yours to keep.
Registration: Registration Due: April 17th Payment Due May 7th
- Returning Flyer: $335.00 first child. $285.00 each additional sibling
- Newcomers: $385.00 first child. $335.00 each additional sibling
** If you have a child that is a returning flyer but are now adding a sibling this season you will be charged the sibling newcomer rate of $335.00.
Uniforms: Due: May 4th
- Uniform Package: $165
**All Newcomers are REQUIRED to purchase a whole uniform package at $165.00. Returning 2019 Flyers: You may use your same uniform as last year or you have the option to purchase another package or any individual uniform pieces. You must make sure you have the entire uniform including the warm up top and bottom. All athletes will arrive to meets in their warm ups. The team picture and individual pictures will be taken in warm ups. Please have your child try on the entire uniform and make sure all of it fits and does not have any rips or tears.
Meet Fees: Due: June 1st
- $100.00 (age 12 & under)
- $130.00 (age 13 & up)
Hill Training Only Participants: Starts May 5th
- $135- Due April 13th
- Tuesdays only @ Palatine Hills Golf Course

We accept cash,check or Venmo. Venmo is a simple money app used for sending cash quickly. You are able to use money you have in Venmo, or link your bank account or debit card for free. Credit cards are also accepted, but you will be charged a 3% fee. You can download the app and sign in using Facebook or your email address.
You may also place any cash payments in our mailbox, but text me first at 330-389-9042 to ensure someone is home.
